Found on Google. Named by ChatGPT. Every month.
Buyers now check subcontractors in two places: Google and AI assistants. We do the monthly work that gets you found and named in both, keep your accreditations current as they renew, show you which companies are looking at your site, and report it all on one page.
Higher in Google
A new page or case study every month, built around the trades, sectors and regions your buyers actually search.
Named by AI assistants
We test what ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI say about your trade in your region every month and fix the reasons you are left out.
Known to the buyers who visit
IP tracking identifies the main contractors, developers and procurement teams looking at your site, so you know who to follow up and when.
Results you can read
Rankings, AI mentions, visiting companies, calls and tender enquiries on one page each month, in plain English.
Buyers decide who to shortlist before anyone picks up the phone.
A QS or procurement team now checks a subcontractor in Google, on the Constructionline and CHAS registers and, increasingly, by asking an AI assistant who in the region has delivered their kind of package. The assistant hands them a shortlist of two or three names, and the invitation to tender follows.
The assistant does not pick the best subcontractor. It picks the ones it can verify: accreditations it can read, business details that match everywhere, case studies with values, pages that answer the question it was asked. Most subcontractor sites were built before any of that mattered, so they are not in the answer.
- Your accreditations exist as logos, so there is nothing for the tool to confirm, and nobody updates them when they renew.
- Your address and company name differ between your site, Companies House, Constructionline and your Google profile.
- Your reviews say “great job” but never mention groundworks, the main contractor or the sector.
- Nobody has asked the tools what they say about you, and nobody knows which main contractors have already looked at your site.

Six hours spent where tenders come from.
Not a package of vague “optimisation”. Specific work, listed in your report, chosen each month for the trade, sector or main contractor you want more of.
AI visibility check
We ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI the questions your buyers ask and record who gets named. Then we fix the reasons you were not.
One new page or case study
A trade page, a sector page, a regional page or a written-up package with its value band and programme, chosen for the work you want more of.
Accreditations kept up to date
SSIP renewals, Constructionline tier changes, new ISO certificates and insurance renewals updated and written out so Google and AI tools can read them within days, never left to lapse on the site.
Profiles and visiting companies
Your Google Business Profile and LinkedIn kept consistent with your website and the registers, plus a monthly list of the companies that visited your site, which pages they read and how often they came back.
Technical checks
Speed, broken links, pages Google has missed and anything Google flags, fixed before it costs you a tender enquiry.
A one-page report
Rankings, AI mentions, visiting companies, calls, tender enquiries and what we did. Readable in two minutes, no jargon.

Illustrative layout only. Your report shows your own numbers, including calls, tender enquiries and the companies identified on your site.
If it is not in the report, we did not do it.
Each month you get one page: which AI tools named you and for which questions, where you rank for the searches that matter for your trade and region, which companies visited your site, how many calls and tender enquiries the site produced, and exactly what we worked on. It is written to be read in two minutes on a phone in a site office.
We will not pad it with impressions, sessions and bounce rates. The number that matters is tender enquiries from buyers you have never met, and whether it is going up.

What this will and will not do.
What to expect
- Accreditation and profile fixes showing in AI answers and local results within four to eight weeks.
- Steady growth in rankings, visiting companies and tender enquiries over three to six months as pages and case studies accumulate.
- A record of what AI tools say about you and which companies are looking at you, month by month.
- Everything we build is yours to keep.
What we will not promise
- A page one position by a date. Google decides that, not us.
- Instant results. Anyone offering them is buying links that cost you later.
- Leads sold to you and four other subcontractors. We only build enquiries you own.
- A contract. The plan rolls month to month from the start and you can stop at any time. We ask for three to six months because that is what results take, but it is your call.
We measure everything, so you know what is working.
Rankings and AI answers are won with evidence, not hope. We fuse creative content with a strategy built on real search and AI data, then report every month on what moved, so each month builds on the last.
Work that earns the click
Design, imagery and copy written for how construction packages are actually procured, so a buyer stays long enough to check you and likes what they find.
Planned from real data
Every page starts with evidence: real search volumes, the Constructionline and CHAS registers and what ChatGPT and Google AI actually say about your trade in your region. No hunches, no templates.
Results you can count
Calls, forms, tender enquiries, AI mentions and visiting companies are tracked from day one and reported on one page every month. What works gets more; what does not gets cut.
Questions about the monthly plan
What does £299 a month actually get us?
About six hours of focused work each month, spent where it moves tender enquiries. Typically that is one new page or case study, a check of what ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI say about subcontractors in your trade and region, updates to your accreditations online whenever anything renews or changes, Google Business Profile and LinkedIn upkeep, IP tracking of the companies visiting your site, and a one-page report. If a month needs something different, such as fixing a technical problem Google flags, we spend the time on that instead and tell you.
What is the difference between SEO and AI visibility?
SEO is about appearing in Google’s list of results. AI visibility is about being named in the answers that ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews write. They overlap but they are not the same. AI tools favour businesses they can verify: accreditations written out, consistent details across the web and the registers, case studies with values and pages that answer specific questions. A site can rank reasonably in Google and still be invisible to AI because it gives the tools nothing to check. We work on both.
How do you know whether AI tools are recommending us?
Each month we ask the main AI tools a fixed set of questions a buyer would ask: which groundworks subcontractors in your region have worked for a Tier 1, which M&E contractors are SSIP accredited, who has delivered education packages above £500k. We record who is named and whether that includes you. The report shows the change over time, alongside Google rankings, visiting companies, tender enquiries and calls.
How long before we see results?
Structural fixes such as accreditations in structured data and a corrected Google Business Profile tend to show in AI answers and local results within four to eight weeks. Rankings for competitive searches and a steady flow of tender enquiries build over three to six months as pages and case studies accumulate. Anyone promising faster is guessing or buying links that will cost you later.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No. Google and the AI tools decide who ranks, not us. What we commit to is the work, the measurement and honest reporting. We review progress with you every month and agree what to focus on next, so you always know what the plan is delivering.
Do we need a new website first?
Not always. If your site is on WordPress, loads quickly and is less than four years old, the plan can fix most gaps page by page, and the £999 Foundations Sprint gets the accreditations, case studies and tender route right in fourteen days first. If it is older, slow or built on something nobody can edit, patching costs more than rebuilding. The free Tender Check and our personal review will tell you which applies before you commit to anything.
What do you need from us each month?
About twenty minutes. Photos and a few sentences about a recent package for the case study, a copy of any certificate that renews, and a reply when we flag a company that has been looking at your site. We write everything else.
Will you write about our packages without naming clients?
Yes. Case studies work with the sector, the package type, the value band, the programme and the outcome. Client and main contractor names are only used with written permission.
Can we cancel?
Yes, at any time. The plan rolls month to month with no notice period. We suggest giving it three to six months because that is how long new pages, accreditation updates and profile work take to show in rankings and AI answers, but there is no contract holding you to it. Everything we have built stays on your site and is yours to keep.
Does it include Google Ads?
Not as standard. Google Ads management is an add-on to the monthly plan from £399 a month, because it is a different job with its own reporting. Some clients run both: the ads bring enquiries for a specific package or region now while the organic and AI work builds a free source that lasts.
