Four prices. No decoding required.
Every price is on this page because you should not need a sales call to find out what something costs. Websites start at one clear price. The Foundations Sprint is a one-off. Website management rolls month to month from the start and you can cancel at any time. Google Ads management is an add-on to the monthly plan with no minimum term. You own the site, the domain, the logins and the Google Ads account, so you are always in control.

One package pays for the website. The rest pays for itself.
Conservative numbers, so you can do the sums with your own.
A groundworks package
Subcontract packages for a main contractor are commonly priced in the tens of thousands and upwards. One package won because a QS could verify you in a minute covers the £3,999 site many times over.
A tender you were not invited to
Most subcontractors lose tenders they never knew about, because the buyer shortlisted from the firms it could find and verify. One extra invitation a quarter covers the £299 plan for the year.
A quiet month on the programme
Google Ads puts a trade and a region in front of buyers searching this week. One package from a £1,200 month of spend covers the ads fee and the spend with margin to spare.
Which one do you need?
| Your situation | Start with | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Site older than four years, accreditations shown as logos, one page for all trades | Website, from £3,999 | Patching an old site costs more than replacing it, and the accreditations problem needs structure, not tweaks. |
| Reasonable WordPress site, but accreditations are logos and there are no case studies with values | Foundations Sprint, £999 | The structure is sound. The verification and evidence gaps can be fixed in fourteen days without a rebuild. |
| Site passes the basics, but no AI mentions, no new content and nobody knows who is visiting | Website management, from £299 a month | The gaps are momentum and intelligence, which the plan fills month by month. |
| Growing, want to rely less on two main contractors and word of mouth | Website plus the monthly plan | A site that passes the four stages, then monthly work that keeps it ranking and named as competitors catch up, with Google Ads as an add-on when a region or trade needs filling fast. |
Not sure? Run the free Tender Check. The personal review tells you which of these applies, and if the answer is none of them we will say so.
Questions about pricing
Are there any other costs?
None from us beyond the prices on this page. Hosting and your domain are included free for the first year, and we tell you the renewal cost before the year is up. Google Ads management is an add-on to the monthly plan from £399 a month, with account set-up included in the first month; the only cost outside our fees is your ad spend, which you pay to Google directly. There are no licence fees and no monthly charge to keep the website live.
Why is the website “from” £3,999 when every subcontractor is different?
Because we know what a subcontractor website needs to win tendered work: accreditations a buyer can verify, trade and sector pages that match how packages are procured, a capability statement, PQQ-shaped case studies and a tender route. £3,999 covers all of that for a single-region subcontractor with up to 25 pages. A multi-depot group or a firm with several distinct trades needs more pages and more research, and we quote that before we start, so the number is agreed before the work begins and we are not clock-watching.
What if we need more than ten regional pages or 15 case studies?
Add them through the monthly plan, where one new page or case study is produced each month, or ask us to quote for a batch. Ten well-made regional pages cover most subcontractors; a multi-depot group is quoted separately.
Can we have the monthly plan or the Sprint without a new website?
Yes, if your current site is sound. Run the free Tender Check and we will tell you honestly whether the Sprint or the plan can fix it, or whether you would be paying us to patch something that needs replacing.
How do we pay?
The website is half on booking and half before launch, by bank transfer. The Foundations Sprint is paid on booking. Monthly plans are invoiced at the start of each month and paid by standing order or card. You cancel the monthly plan by email at any time and the next invoice simply does not arrive.
Is there a discount for taking the monthly plan with Google Ads?
No. Both are already priced at what they cost to do properly. What you get instead is one report covering both, so you can see paid and organic tender enquiries side by side.
Do you charge more for larger companies?
Not for the standard website, the Sprint or the monthly plan. A multi-depot group that wants a page set for each depot, or ad campaigns across several regions, is quoted separately because it genuinely takes longer.
Do we have to sign anything?
A one-page agreement that says what is included, who owns what (you), that the monthly plan rolls month to month, and that Google Ads is an add-on with no minimum term. That is everything, in plain English.
