How quickly do you reply?
Within one working day, usually the same day. If you call during working hours you will speak to someone who understands tendered construction work, not a receptionist reading a script.
What should I send you?
Your website address and a sentence about the problem: not enough tender enquiries, losing out at PQQ stage, a site you are embarrassed by, or ads that spend money without bringing packages. That is enough for us to reply with something specific.
Do you do site visits?
Everything from the first call to launch usually happens by phone, email or Teams, which keeps the price and timescale fixed. If you are in the North East, however, and would rather meet, you’re welcome to visit our studio.
Will you try to sell us something we do not need?
No. If your site is sound we will tell you to keep your money. If a £999 Foundations Sprint will do instead of a rebuild from £3,999, we will say that. Our prices are published, so there is nothing to negotiate and no reason to oversell.
